What I Believe

01

Products must serve people, not metrics.

100M users mean nothing if the product doesn't genuinely improve lives. The most dangerous trap in product is optimizing for the metric while quietly losing the human on the other side.

02

Trust is the new competitive moat.

In the AI era, the most dangerous products aren't the ones that fail technically: they're the ones that fail legally and ethically. Privacy is a growth lever.

03

Scale without soul is just bloat.

Five verticals, one ecosystem. Building at that scale hardened my conviction: complexity is easy to add, clarity is hard to sustain. Simplicity at scale is the most underrated discipline in product.
